Service Disclosure for Event Bookings with Livy O's Culinary Service Group:

To ensure the best experience and seamless service, please review the following terms for securing your booking:
 

  • Disclaimer: The above menu does not include state sales tax or gratuity. Please note, a food & beverage minimum of $1250 is required for all catering services. Prepayment of all invoices is confirmation of service.

  • Hospitality Service Charge: A 23% service charge will be added to the total invoice to cover hospitality and service costs.

  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of grand total or $750 whichever is higher required to confirm and secure our services for your event. This deposit applies to the total balance of your invoice.

  • Notice for Banquet Events: A minimum of 14 days' advance notice is required for all banquet events.

  • Notice for Delivery Services: Delivery orders require a minimum of 5 days' advance notice.
