From weddings and expos to award ceremonies, birthdays, and even casino night fundraisers, The Regent stands as a premier event space. Livy O’s is proud to be one of The Regent’s exclusive caterers, fostering a collaborative partnership since 2017. Our alliance extends beyond catering services, with both entities referring clients to each other, creating a seamless fusion of memorable events and delectable meals. In the current year alone, Livy O’s has had the privilege of catering 12 events at The Regent, serving esteemed clients such asĀ Suncoast Credit Union,Ā Perfecting Truth Ministries,Ā KNOW Women, andĀ High 5. Together, Livy O’s and The Regent continue to craft extraordinary experiences, uniting meaningful memories with meaningful meals.

Hillsborough Community College: Champions of Diversity
The HCC Champions of Diversity Award, held on November 18, 2023, at Ybor City Campus, celebrated individuals fostering diversity and inclusion within the HCC Community. Joe Handy, CEO of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, served as the guest speaker. The event acknowledged exemplary administrators, faculty, staff, student organizations, and a corporate partner for their outstanding contributions to equity and diversity.

In order to give thanks and recognize their employees for their hard work and dedication, Builders First Source scheduled a Lunch Banquet at both of their Plant City locations as well as provided Swag Bags to each and every employee. Livy O’s proudly recognizes Barbara Patrick as the Employee of the Month for December. Since joining the team in March 2021, Barbara has showcased exceptional dedication and versatility. She has taken on various roles within Livy O’s, including serving as an Administrative Assistant, Temporary Warehouse Manager, Banquet Server, Banquet Captain, and the esteemed role of Director of First Impressions. Barbara’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her ability to seamlessly manage events from start to finish. Her strengths lie not only in executing her duties flawlessly during events but also in her proficiency in handling the entire event lifecycle. Barbara’s comprehensive approach involves taking calls, scheduling events, creating menus, sending proposals and invoices, and ensuring payment confirmationāall contributing to the overall success of Livy O’s events.
Beyond her professional acumen, Barbara’s enthusiasm for working with a fantastic team and meeting new people at events is truly commendable. In addition to her contributions at Livy O’s, Barbara is also the owner ofĀ BPK Personalized Prints, a company specializing in customized gear. Her creative expertise from BPK Personalized Prints has greatly benefited Livy O’s, where she has assisted in creating staff shirts, our 90-day goal time capsule, and personalized tumblers.
